Our story
Doorstep Mortgages started in 2016 with one adviser, a kitchen table and a promise: explain everything, quote every fee, and never pass a client down the line. There are six of us now. The promise has not changed.

Why us
What you get with an independent broker
Lenders pay us to bring them good applications. You get the advice, the search and the chasing, without a single bank’s bias.
Whole of market
Over 90 lenders, from the high street to specialists who only work through brokers. Your bank shows you its own deals; we show you all of them.
Fee told up front
Most cases cost you nothing, because the lender pays us. Where a fee applies, it is fixed, in writing, and only due once your offer is issued.
One adviser throughout
The adviser you meet on the first call is the one who submits your application, chases the lender and rings you on completion day.
Protection reviewed
Life cover, income protection and buildings insurance, checked against what you already have so you are neither uncovered nor paying twice.
Rate-ending reminders
We diarise the day your deal ends and get in touch six months before it, so you are never left on a standard variable rate by accident.

Six advisers, one standard. Every one of them is fully qualified and has been arranging mortgages for at least five years.
